I bought the rod and hooks at Walmart. I used a 24-48 inch expandable curtain rod that cost $2.97 and flower pot hanging hooks that cost $.97 for a pack of 4, I got six packs. So the cost was $8.79 before tax. (I probably could have found cheaper S-hooks at a home improvement store). I had to use pliers to open up the top part of the hooks so they could fit on the rod.
